Welcome to The Zen Zone, where these classes are carefully crafted for parent and their babies (pre crawlers), to foster connection, co-regulation, building back a mother's strength post birth and relaxation. In our classes we will embrace a playful and curious approach to your yoga practice by crafting sessions that align with your families postpartum needs - centring this yoga practise on physical healing, nourishment for your body through gentle movement and rest to foster connection and mental well-being for baby and parent. Dads and Mums welcome. Sessions are thoughtfully designed for all abilities, promoting building back strength, flexibility, and balance while fostering relaxation and mindfulness. Each 45 minute class combines static poses, gentle flows, breath work, and guided relaxation techniques - all wrapped up in a playful exploration to create a fun experience for you and baby. You will leave the Zen Zone feeling re-charged and reset for the challenges of family life. Join me to experience the rejuvenating benefits of parent and baby yoga. I can't wait to welcome you at the Bradbury Centre Wokingham in the Church Hall, with its beautiful high ceiling, carpeted floor and secure 'buggy parking' space at the back.
