In the Zone

Definition:

Happy or excited to be doing something very skilfully and easily.  To be in a state of focussed concentration and enjoyment while performing an activity. To perform exceptionally well.

Hey you - Namaste!

Hello, I'm Nicole!

My journey into yoga began as a way to support my passion for running, particularly after an exhilarating 10K in the forest that left me feeling free and energised. While my fitness soared and endorphins flooded my body, I soon found that the physical strains of the increased distance brought tension and discomfort. It was through yoga that I discovered the relief I needed, unlocking space in both my body and mind, allowing me to continue pursuing my love of sport while enhancing my recovery.

As a working mum of two energetic boys, I also often felt overwhelmed by the fast pace of life, juggling numerous responsibilities and desperately trying to keep everything in balance. There were moments when I longed to 'press pause' and step off the hamster wheel just to catch my breath! Yoga became my sanctuary, guiding me to slow down and nurture myself. I learned to focus on what truly matters, letting go of what I no longer needed. This newfound clarity has allowed me to appreciate the magic in everyday moments, cultivating self-awareness, self-love, and self-acceptance. I've equipped myself with the tools to remain calm amidst chaos, especially during those pivotal moments that matter most for my growing boys. Together, we now lead a family life that feels fulfilling—one we don’t need to escape from for rest and rejuvenation.

I’m excited to share this transformative journey with you through my thoughtfully crafted courses designed for families and schools. My passion lies in helping you get ‘In the Zone’ so you can continue to pursue what you love! My approach is warm and welcoming, providing a calm, safe space for my yoga students to explore their bodies and minds. As they discover how their bodies work, they learn to bring their best selves to each day.  Being on their A game, they experience greater ease and empowerment.

I invite you to reach out for a discovery call to explore how yoga can profoundly impact your school, sports club, or family life too.
